Skiing:
Austria has many well-known ski resorts. All Loyalty delegates can use their discount on OS to connect to/from places like Salzburg or Innsbruck. A recommended skiing region relatively close to Vienna is Semmering. This can be reached by bus in approximately 45 minutes.
