By booking your place at this event you are entering into a binding agreement. Please note that payment is still required for any booking that is cancelled after the cancellation date. We will confirm your booking within two working days. If you do not receive confirmation within this time, please contact us to confirm your booking.
Participation in any workshop/masterclass at Loyalty '09 is subject to final approval by the Organisers and the Workshop/Masterclass Facilitator.
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible event cancellation or postponement. In any event, the Conference Secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc

If you cancel on or before 9 January 2009 a service charge of 25% will be made. Thereafter, no refunds are possible, including non-attendance at the conference. You are welcome to make a substitute at any time.
PLEASE NOTE it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue and content, or the timing of the programme.
Cancellation of the event
In the event that [NAME OF EVENT] is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the organizers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.
Loyalty Link
All delegates will automatically be registered for Loyalty Link. One month prior to the event each delegate will have the opportunity to request formal face-to-face meetings with fellow delegates. Each delegate will have the opportunity to accept or ignore such meeting requests.
